DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! My son and two friends rented here for 12 months and while everything was fine while living there, once you move out they ask you for an address to send a final bill, but then never send it and then turn you in to collections so you get a ding on your credit report. The office cannot help you because they say everything runs thru corporate and if you ask for a number for corporate you get a general mailbox telling you to leave a message. I doubt highly anyone from corporate will call back. Very poorly ran!!

As a current resident I can say that you should turn and run, they have installed service that doesn't work 90% of the time they have also removed the ability for you to get your own interest or cable, if you want cable you but use a streaming device or the Roku device they provide you with for the cost of rent there are better places in Centerville
