I lived here around 9 months including 3 months on month to month lease ($200 extra per month) .

You have to take trash to dumpster which is often overfilled so trash just laying all over the place, how fitting for a dump. The fitness center is somewhat ok some of the equipment sounds like falling to pieces.

They will also stick you with a huge bill when you move out so don't expect to get your deposit back and be ready to pay extra 1.5 times monthly rent.

When we moved out we got 1.5 months extra charges($1620) which is horrible. We requested leasing office people to review these extra charges but no benefit.

I called this property to schedule an appointment to see an apartment and then later went to the apartment. The staff was very courteous and friendly and the apartments were very nice! I signed a lease agreement the same day!

So far, I feel safe and that's huge. Everyone from management is friendly and knowledgeable and makes sure I am satisfied. I have been happy and relieved to have found a nice place in a convenient location. I am near stores and restaurants and my friends. I am happy to be here.
