    I am new to the area and love the atmosphere of Centerville alone. It has all shopping essentials needed plus entertainment and night life minutes away. Driving onto the property it had excellent curb appeal. The property is well maintained and has great amenities to offer to tenants. Staff is friendly and answered all questions I inquired about. The community is clean and and up to date for comfortable modern living. It even has a pond! (Hopefully you can fish in itas it would be convenient for my hobby!). I recommend touring the community for consideration of your new home. I am impressed and its almost a hidden community in a residential area that allows peacefulness.
