I talk with Anna today and gave me the truth between the apt. for a cheaper price and glad she took the time with me even at closing time for her. I will apply there because of her time and being so nice. I'm going for the upgrade apt. Thanks Anna

where to begin if you like your apartment smelling like weed and crap, no seriously we found crap in the hallway, then this is the place for you! if you like your dog getting attacked by other dogs, this is your place. residents there dont leash their dogs and mine has gotten attacked by another dog there, didnt even get an apology, and they did nothing. also while we were out of town there was a fire next to our apartment so they busted down our door and then replaced the lock, did not notify us of this so when we got back a day later in the middle of the night we could no longer access our apartment and we had to get a hotel and wait for emergency maintenance to contact us, which did not happen until the next morning, so emergency maintenance is useless. Also, the first 3 months we lived there our windows didn't lock, which they knew about and didnt fix, so we are lucky we weren't robbed the first 3 months. oh and then their heater unit messed up and froze. it ran our energy bill up to double what it was and tried to tell us it wasnt their problem and they wouldnt reimburse me, well they eventually did after fighting it for 2 months. then right before we moved out they were working on an apartment next to us and they burst a pipe and flooded our bedroom and bathroom, ruining part of our bed frame, but once again it isn't their problem. people dont pick up after their pets so you step in crap all the time, and the pond in the back is literally over ran with geese so there is goose crap everywhere too. the staff were never able to answer any of my questions and maintenance would only half fix the problems you were having. I would literally not recommend this place to anyone. poor management and awful environment. it may seem nice at first but you will soon realize the abundance of issues they have.

This is a great place to live! I love the location and the events they hold a few times a year, and the pool is amazing. Have recommended friends who also love it.

I love it here, the location is awesome and staff is friendly. They're busy like any leasing office, but they always connect back with me and any repairs I need are always handled.

I love it here! The staff is very friendly and the apartment is how I thought it would be after my tour. Any maintenance requests have been repaired within 1-2 weeks, which I find reasonable for the things I've needed fixed. Definitely would recommend.

No maintenance, amenities are a joke, pool is still not open, "emergency maintenance" doesn't respond and the office just keeps spinning residents to keep waiting. This place is not at all how it was first presented. Paint peeling, toilets overflow, dishwasher doesn't work, many residents have no air conditioning and have been waiting for months for repair.
