Woodside Terrace Apartments

AVOID AND LOOK ELSEWHERE! AVOID AND LOOK ELSEWHERE! This place might look great from the outside. But it is nothing but a scam. You might look at the complex and think that it looks nicer from the outside than other options but the facade can't hide the horrible management company behind the complex, Smythe Property Management. Over the year lived there, the building was without hot water for over a week and the only accommodation was to offer an unmonitored apartment for use of the shower by the entire building to use. A super safe solution for sure, I absolutely would not allow my daughter to use that facility. The pool had 3 options, full of people who don't live at the complex, closed for zero reason, or if you got lucky operating as normal. They require a 60 days written notice upon moving out or they will keep your entire security deposit regardless of the quality of the unit upon your move out. But offer zero protection for the tenant if you are in the house buying process and just simply don't know for sure if you will have to leave or not. No one there is of any help as "they are just pawns for the company". Save yourself the hassle and find a better place to live because it's not here.

From what I can read, there are disgruntled people leaving reviews about this apartment complex. Even when disgruntled, a person should be able to find something positive to say. I am moving in to Woodside Terrace in August 2023, and I am thinking positive. Jeanine and Diane in the office have been helpful, patient, and informative. Some people you just cant please no matter what you do.

These apartments are a waste of your money. They are so cheap and yet you pay so much. Their trash service is horrible, the maintenance is horrible, the landlord are horrible. The pool is horrible. The dog run is horrible. Even the neighbors are horrible. The dog poop everywhere is horrible. The lawn care is horrible. I even bet you their response to this will be petty and horrible ;)
