I wanted to live here but after reaching out twice I never heard back
I met with Michelle and she was very understanding of what I wanted and went over every detail of the apartments. She answered all of my questions. Diana also helped me as well. Definitely recommend getting a tour here and living here. Im excited to movie in. :)
This is worst ever - they dont fix anything -air condntng. Broken for month in summer,, foundation made water in basemt. & mold, bats in house, no remedy, and then they evict .
We rented an apartment for my son at this complex for 4 years while he was in college. The apartment was fine, except for the water. Due to the very high mineral content the water was not suitable for drinking which meant buying bottled water for nearly everything. Three months prior to his moving he verbally informed the apartment complex office staff that he would be moving when his lease was up at the end of August. They acknowledged that and nothing else was said. A few weeks after his moving out we received a letter from the management company, Smythe Property Advisors, stating that we owed an additional $579 for an additional months rent because he had not provided 30 days written notice that he was leaving. The letter also stated that "failure to remit the balance due will result in a civil judgement against you for the damages and unpaid rent. Once we receive the judgement we will proceed with all means available to remedy this debt including wage and bank account garnishments, and property liens". Keep in mind they are sending this to someone who lived at their complex for 4 years, always paid his rent on time, and was never a problem in any way. Words cannot express how much I recommend that any prospective tenants look elsewhere and have nothing to do with this apartment complex or this management company Smythe Property Advisors
I DO NOT recommend renting from Woodside Terrace Apartments for the following reasons:
- Local office management is very unprofessional and is slow to resolve issues. Little competence is demonstrated in processing standard leases.
- The maintenance staff attempt to be helpful, but lack skill and competence in rudimentary maintenance tasks. That is, in most cases management will have to utilize contractors to complete maintenance, which further delays the restoration process.
- Staff routinely fail to open the pool as scheduled (during posted hours).
- The campus grounds are continually in disrepair. Local office management has little to no inclination to implement repairs.
