Ive lived at London Square for almost two years now1 year in a 2 bedroom apartment that was over 1200 square feet that had a fireplace, dining room, huge master bedroom with a full ensuite bath and large walk-in closet. I loved it but decided it would be easier with my small dog to move into a townhouse rather than a second floor apartment. Its true that the kitchens are somewhat dated but the apartments are clean and otherwise very nice. I also did not get to see my exact apartment originally but I did see one just like it which was fine with me. The apartments turn over quickly and they are busy cleaning painting and many times putting in new carpeting of the one you will be renting. There are plenty of people willing to take them sight unseen because they are known to be well maintained. That is obvious when you enter the grounds. Add that fact to the convenient location, amenities, reasonable rent and quick response of maintenance to any issues and I really dont think you can find a better deal. Ive been very happy!
