Have lived here for several years.Great people and Great place to live .Maintenance also right on any repair and Leasing Office awesome also .Affordable ,was very easy when I first moved in to make my home ,very clean and well kept up .....nothing but a 5 star place to reside.

I've resided at Woodgate for over 4 years now and I love it! The buildings are all clean and well maintained, Linda in the Management Office is always attentive and helpful with any issue or question that may arise. All the neighbors are friendly which makes this a great place to live!

Absolutely lovely, the yard is beautiful, the apartment is perfect, and the landlord is an absolute sweetheart. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

I have lived at Woodgate village for 6 years! I love it here! Its Quite, clean and close to the Freeways! Also, theirs always plenty of parking. Most importantly the rent is very reasonable. Im 77 years young. I plan on living here for quite awhile! Thankyou Jim a.

Linda was excellent from start to finish. Communication was easy and never an issue. The apartments are clean but dated. As long as you have realistic expectations you will not be disappointed. The outer doors to the buildings lock for additional security. The playground has been removed but there is a nice green space between the buildings. A word of caution that the two bedroom units may be a little louder owing to children. The gift basket was also a nice touch.

Ive lived here a little over a year now and I absolutely love living here. I rent a 2 bedroom and its quite roomy with lots of closet space. Maintenance responds quickly and does a fantastic job. Linda was very helpful with the application and move in process, and explained all my questions. She even had a gift basket waiting for me on my move in day, which really made me feel welcome! The complex is very quiet and buildings are kept clean in the common areas. Its a nice place to call home.
