The Village on South Carpenter

I sent them an email requesting information and nobody ever even contacted me.

At first we loved this place and were excited to use the amenities and be able to walk our dog around the nice complex. A few months after moving in we were continually harassed by an older man who was always walking around the grounds. On multiple occasions he yelled at us, made inappropriate comments, and was always staring into other people apartments and vehicles. When it came time to start enjoying the pool, that was quickly banished when we noticed he is the pool guy as well.. I did not feel comfortable going there anymore. There goes the main amenity. There were times we were too afraid to walk our dog on the grounds because we knew hed be somewhere and would make us uncomfortable. Management was informed of the multiple encounters and did nothing. If you are a single woman, or a woman at all, I would steer clear of here for the sole reason of him. Reading other reviews on multiple sites, he has been an issue for many many people. I shouldnt live in fear in my own home! Also, the place reeked of smoke and we were told maintenance would come check our HVAC twice a year, never did! Now they are extremely over priced and you risk being harassed daily!

Melissa was very informative and professional. I appreciated all she did in helping me apply and sign my lease agreement! Can't wait to move in!

I looked in an apartment it was very bad smelling smells like a wet dog.

Madison, Ivory & Kayla at the front desk in the leasing office are the most outstanding people you could want helping you!! Each of them has been so attentive, helpful and truly kind! I have recently moved in and I LOVE it here!!!!!!!

Beautiful property! The pictures don't do justice! The leasing office isn't the best although if you can get in there, then do so and snatch up on of these beautiful apartments immediately!!

I definitely recommend these apartments. They have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Pretty modern, faux brick wall which is super cool. It's peaceful and quiet. Also, it's right near the highway and tons of shopping. Really really great location. 2 thumbs up 👍

Madison was a wonderful help any time I've ever needed help with moving in, laundry, pool use, garage use, she's very knowledgeable and informative and the rest of the staff here are amazing as well. I don't often post reviews but this place deserved it as they helped me get into somewhere much better than previous years

Moved here 2 years and love it. The management put me in with a group my own age and lifestyle. Friendly neighbors and great people. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to call home.

The village is a really great place to live. I love that it is near all the shops and grocery stores. The location is also really close to the highway, easy to get to work quickly and usually avoiding traffic.The apartments are beautiful and updated. I love the white brick wall in the living room. The hallways in the building are nice and clean and the people who clean them are nice aswell. The pool and gym are nice amenities. The pool attendants are nice and keep good watch over the pool and sometimes kids playing. Carmen is an awesome manager and really is in touch with what is happening and if we have any issues we know that we can reach out to her. Harsax carries their business very professionally and i know that i can trust all the ladies in the office. Meg and Ashley are sweet girls and obviously love their jobs. I recommend the village to everyone and anyone, Its a really good place to be at with people who truly care for you and your home.

I moved in here in March! I love it. The one bedroom is so spacious that I had room for all of my Christmas items in one closet! I like that they have events for the residents! Nice to get to know other people. Great place for the price! The only problem I have encountered is upstairs neighbors. Not rude but extremely heavy walkers. Otherwise, I'd recommend this to anyone!!!

We lived here for 3 years. We absolutely loved the staff, the grounds, the units and the amenities. The buildings are showing their age but maintenance was always there to fix anything or get someone who could. Definitely recommend the village!
