Cross Creek Apartments

My physically disabled husband and I have recently signed our 6th lease ,We LOVE it here! Dana and ALL of the staff are friendly,efficient,and professional.I can't even explain in writing how accommodating they are where my husbands disabilities are concerned,if you are looking to rent in Brunswick,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cross Creek!

I recently moved out of Cross Creek and I am definitely sad to leave! We enjoyed living at Cross Creek and all it had to offer. Great neighbors, location, space, pool etc. The staff is great as well - we were always welcomed in the office and Dana was always so helpful to us.

Wonderful place to live. Very nice and roomy apartments. And if there are any problem they are there to fix the problems right way. I would recommend these apartments.

Beautiful place even without refurbishments. Loved everything about it EXCEPT paper thin walls & ceilings. Even in leasing office (which was an apartment suite) you could hear the people upstairs walking, literally & the child fussing while we tried to converse with leasing agent. ( I understand it is an apartment BUT the noise was excessive even for an apartment.) I also asked a resident I saw who was walking outside and they mentioned you hear every footstep above you/people in apartment next to you which is why I didn't opt to move in at this time. Again, these appear really nice but the fact of hearing everything the neighbors were saying & doing was not what I was looking for. Leasing office personnel was extremely nice and friendly as well.

I have lived there for the past several years, and recently moved out. Everyone at Cross Creek has been exceptional, especially Dana and the matenence team. I highly recommend Cross Creek to anyone looking for an apartment in Brunswick.

We are so glad that we found this apartment for our daughter and grandkids. We couldn't be happier with Cross Creek apartments. My daughter was able to get a first floor apartment two bedroom and the bay window is so beautiful. Everything is so clean and so filled with light. The staff at Cross Creek is wonderful and so easy to work with and so kind and gracious. If you are looking for an apartment for yourself or a family member, you can't go wrong with Cross Creek apartments. We highly recommend them.

I have been a resident for 15 years. Management and maintenance staff are doing a fantastic job of addressing any questions or concerns that arise. They are also making great upgrades to the property and are always friendly and helpful. I so appreciate them!

Love my apartment, and the staff are wonderful. Been here 7 months, and only a few things I would complain about, but majority of apartments deal with the same issues. Really happy, I told my grandson, Anthony and future bride about Crosscreek, and he told me they are moving here. 😀

This is my first year at Cross Creek and I would like to say being here is the best decision I've made. I moved from NJ, and transitioning I thought it would be tough but Cross Creek has made me feel welcomed and at home. My apartment building was remodeled so coming home everyday feels refreshing and luckily I have the best neighbors who are not noisy nor cause trouble. I don't have any issues with my apartment and I feel very blessed and lucky to say so! This place was meant for me! Thank you Dana, and staff for keeping your community here safe, and for always having us in mind. BTW: The unexpected gifts during the holidays are the best and always make my day! You guys rock!

I have lived at Cross Creek since 2009. My experience has been nothing but good no great. The staff Dana,Barbara and Damien (maintenance) has been a joy to know and talk to. For me they are the best team I have known. Also, living here has made me feel safe. Cross Creek is a great place to call home.

I've been at Cross Creek since March 2020, as a single mom safety was my number one priority when finding a place to live. This property exceeded my expectations. We have absolutely loved our time here, Dana and Barbara are gems and maintenance is always prompt and kind. We are sad to be leaving Cross Creek but hope you can find your next home here!

damian nick and Eric are amazing maintenance men and always quick to respond and take care of any issues that I have. all around a great bunch of guys. I am glad I live here.

I love the maintenance staff. they did an amazing job with my apt issues. they are so nice and polite and efficient. they even go the extra mile to help me get my car out in the snow because I'm pregnant.

EVERYTHING... from OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE, NEIGHBORS, clean living, very well maintained property, swimming 🏊‍♀️ in a warm POOL, apartment spaciousness... Love ❤️ my appliances!!! WASHER & DRYER HOOKUPS!!!PLENTY OF PARKING!!! Best location!!! Picnic 🧺 tables & some grills. Great fenced in grassy playground area.. We are happy 😃 to be here!!!
