Clearbrooke Apartments

Just moved into a 2 bedroom apartment a month ago. The management is wonderful and worked to accommodate our circumstances. Also, we found the maintenance workers very nice and polite. They solved our issues in a prompt manner. The grounds are well taken care of and we enjoy the other residents and their dogs! Location is extremely convenient for us as well!

The apartments and grounds are well maintained, very quiet and have been quite pleased since I moved in. The office staff is amazing and truly went out out their way when I moved back from Columbus. The pool is also a great area to meet people, met a lot of great people in a short time, a great place to live!!!

I would really like to live there but I have a Metro voucher. Voucher would cover rent if you only accepted them.

I lived there for 10 months and during all this time everything was perfect. The management was always ready to help and the staff was wonderful and positive. Im really sorry I had to move. The one bedroom apartment was about the right size. It was quiet and clean , they take care of the place really well.

Current resident. The staff is amazing! They are responsive, friendly, interactive, understanding, and quick to help. The rent is reasonable. The apartments are old, so noise can be a problem. I have neighbors that play their music so loudly that my Spotify app can pick up the title of the song through the walls. I can also hear my upstairs neighbor walking, dog running, phone vibrating, etc. However, any issue where I need maintenance has been resolved within 24 hours! I don't know of any safety issues in the neighborhood - it is well lit - and plowed in the winter. The groundskeepers are not respectful of items on the porch (weed-eating right over outdoor cords, blowing grass and debris into the sliding glass door instead of away from it, etc.). The pool is amazing, the laundry room is clean, but could use a schedule as to who can use it when as there is one washer and two dryers for 12 apartments.

The apartments themselves are nice, but the floors are so old you hear everything the people above you are doing. Management sucks, if you have a problem they dont do anything about it. I have had slime and lotion put on my door knob and have been falsely accused of things by management. When I first moved in I had family over and we were a bit noisey, it was around noon and they were only here for 2 hours total and management asked me to come to the office and suggested I call and let them know if I have company because they supposedly were getting noise complaints. Ive had to call upper management several times because the managment at the leasing office could care less if you have a problem. Nice apartments, poor management.
