Chalet Apartments

I've lived here for a few years now. The apartment manager (Judy) is very pleasant to deal with and quickly jumps on issues. I've had a few maintenance requests and all have been handled quickly and the gentlemen who came out was very pleasant. The community itself is very quiet. The units themselves are very old and cooling is a bit of a challenge in the summer, however, given the cost of the units, the staff running the place and the excellent polices, this is a minor issue.

I have been a resident of one of the townhouses here for going on 7 years. The owner and management are professional, fair and kind people. We moved in right after a basic remodel, we were very content with our starting price. The including appliances and amenities were up to date and more than fair. The Townhouse bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious! However, Im not to sure about the apartments sizes. There Is also plenty of cabinet, storage, closet's. 2 car reserved spaces, right in front. Many more for guests too. Now, 303 can get stressful while exiting. Then again, we are in walking distance of several different locations including a police station and hospital! Majority of the neighbors are friendly and tend to mind their own. Over all, my family and I have been very satisfied living here and proud of our home!

What the list for rent and security deposit on the websites is not accurate. Want certain credit score and income to rent. Never heard of that. I can understand if it for income based to see if you qualify but they are not. It appears they may be biased and judge mental to who they rent to.
