I have lived here almost a year and it's been a great year, since moving in here. It's a bit on the pricey side but you get a lot for your money. The maintenance staff has been very professional and prompt. I've never waited long for service. I had a lot of problems with my washer when I first moved in and after several attempts to repair my washer I asked (demanded) for a new washer, I got one. The property its self is beautiful with an abundance of wildlife everywhere. The grounds could be better kept but a lot of those issues are from the tenants and their lack of respect for the property. The common areas inside of my building are quiet and kept very clean. Overall, I am very happy at Aspen Lake. The biggest downfall is that they raise the rent every year and it just gets too expensive to live here.

Our Property Manager Madalina made the leasing process easy. She is professional, friendly and efficient. We knew we were home...and signed our lease that day. Our apartment has vaulted ceilings, an amazing view of Aspen Lake, plenty of closet space, washer and dryer and a large balcony perfect for flowers and plants. It's the smallest apartment we have ever had and is perfect for us in every way! We have leased with Gross Builders in the past - at Hampton Club in North Royalton. Kelly Baon was our Property Manager at the time. She is now a Regional Manager, and just one of the many reasons we were so comfortable making Aspen Lake Apartments our new home. We have also had the pleasure of meeting Jake in Maintenance. He took care of us quickly and was super-nice. Thank you Madalina and Kelly for your leadership, and making our Aspen Lake experience amazing!

I Love Aspen Lake Apartments. They are in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The apartments are lovely and have neutral colors plus an in suite Washer & Dryer.

Me and my guys did a moving job here it’s nice real nice clean hallways laundry rooms in bathroom nice island in kitchen really nice location
