The leasing agent, Jackie, is awesome! She has genuine concern about the residents at Holland Gardens. She takes it upon herself to send residents' poinsettias every Christmas holiday and an acknowledges birthday's!! As a resident for 4 years, if ever I had a problem with anything, her door is always open to work it out and she's more than fair. The amenities are fine and the price for apartments are fair. It's a nice place to live and call home!!

I love living here. I will be here 31 years this month. Its quiet. Jackie and John always respond in good time if I need anything. When the water tank broke last week. John was here right away and had it replaced within a couple of hours. Really great place to live. They keep the hallways nice and clean

Jackie was extremely helpful and very prompt on returning my calls. She explained everything in regards to the application process and moving forward. I cannot thank her enough. Looking forward to moving in.

I have lived at this property for over 15 years. The owners are moving forward with improvements and renovations that are of great benefit to it's tenants. The office and maintenance staff are absolutely amazing! Very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this quiet well maintained community.
