Declining daily. Lucky we get the grass cut. Pond in the back of my building... even the ducks found it across the sidewalk. The pond grows every year. Horizontal crack in my picture window for 3 years now... no fix. Gutter pulled away from there building. Heavy rain in my apartment.... they've known for 6 months... no response. They don't care.... clueless. I used to like this place now it's a joke.

I tried contacting the rental office by e-mail, phone and visited during business hours. My e-mail and phone call were not returned and no one was there when I visited. Odd to me that a rental office is closed on the weekend??? Had to move on...
