The parking lots leave much to be desired. Although the large potholes have finally been fixed, the actually parking spaces aren't marked clearly. The bookkeeping is laughable. I've received a few nastygrams regarding non-payment of my water bill. I find it funny because I pay the amount listed on the invoice!
Apartment has plenty of space and is really quiet. You shut the front door and it's almost completely soundproof. Can't hear the other residents in their apartments. The area is also really nice. Office staff was fantastic during application and move-in process.
They are good apartments for short stays. However, parking is not always avaliable and the water bill can be skeptical.
A lot of the tenants hang out in front of the entrances in large groups and block entry to the apartments. The staff have sent notices out several times but nothing is enforced.
The staff for Weeping Cherry were welcoming and somewhat helpful. My biggest issue was my horrible experience when moving in. I paid well in advance, months before my start date and once my start date arrived and I began moving my belongings, I noticed roaches in my apartment. Within the 1st week. I requested to be moved to a different appartment in a different building or be given my rent and security deposit back. They refused and just told me they will hire an exterminator and no refunds.
