The facility is well maintained and the customer service is superb.
Quiet neighborhood with great access to shopping, schools (Sycamore District, UofC, Wilmington, etc), restaurants, parks, libraries. Lots of trees, plenty of green space. The townhomes are cozy and have modern appliances, landscaping, washer/dryers in each unit, quick maintenance, and really friendly, helpful onsite staff. We've been here 5 years now and will certainly be here 5 more.
Weve lived at the townhomes for 7 years. Weve paid all bills through a pandemic in March- July even it was super hard for us, Ive lost a lot of gigs as a musician. I never got a final bill and was contacted by a collector agent without a clear explanation what was a debt about. If you have a choice I would rent from a different company.
The unit they show you is newer and nicer than where you'll be living. The windows are awful; if you can get them open, good luck getting them closed again. The AC is way too small to adequately cool two floors. The maintenance guy, Vince, laughed at me when I set it at 68. If you want to stay cool, be ready to pay. I had a constant centipede problem, too. Mgmt is okay, but can be combative dealing with repeat maint. issues. The carpet kept flooding in the living room, and took at least six visits to get it fixed. Also, dealing with Blue Ash taxes is a pain in the butt at tax time. It is quiet, day and night. Having in-unit washer/dryer combo is nice, too.
Although they seemed nice on the outside, the inside of the townhouse are disappointing for the price we pay. The windows are old and let in a draft and bugs, we even found a snake in our kitchen that was hiding behind our stove, and our ant problem has not been solved. When it rains it puddles out front and the whole apartment has a musty smell, and the hot water runs out after taking 1 bath. We will definitely be moving out once our lease is up, we were promised more parking and new windows which has not happened, instead they patched the parking lot and did not create new lines so everyone just parks wherever.
