Colony Club Apartments And Townhomes

Im looking to move closer to my job and I like the apartments that I have viewed and its much closer than where Im staying at now which is Huber Heights Ohio so Im highly interested in the property thank you.

I referred my brother and his fianc to this apt complex and they basically walk all over them and took advantage of them because their so young the lady in the office she the leasing consultant she is very rude and unprofessional she told me that my brother could get his deposit back and move out and wouldnt get his rent money back and did I tell you they also took his rent twice out of his account maintenance has gotten worse they take forever to get to your apt to fix things its just all terrible if I would have known that my lil brother would experience such horrible service I wouldnt have referred him to colony club apts I would not even rate them a one star it would a zero the service has gotten so terrible here. She also told my brother fianc that they shouldnt be responsible adults and pay their rent ahead of time which I thought was totally awful but yeah Ive been here two and a half years and this is far the worst Ive seen this place.

I love living here in bedford oh, the company keeps the environment and landscape very beautiful. The team of people who woaks there from the rental agents, the team who come to fix what ever is broke they're amazing and come quickly. I love the area I feel safe. They need to update the kitchen cabinets and bathroom
