Trinity Towers

I went to tour the building and it was great! I met with Theodosha who is SO friendly and welcoming. I really felt wanted as a future resident. She is a wonderful asset to K&D.

Beautiful staff and beautiful property

New resident. Nice community, staff is very friendly but about their business. They deal with issues when you report them. better security guards would be great.

Toured and loved everything about it. Was clean and great location by the freeway.

I toured here with a friend looking for a 2 bedroom apt home. Leasing agents were very helpful. They give out great info on their property. The building & outside was very clean. Beautiful model home. Will be applying

What I do not like is the auto renewal of the lease they should ask if we want to stay. Then they dont fix the back doors like they should. They are over charging when things barely get fixed you have to threaten to call corporate in order to fix anything. Considering I am married they will not allow me to change my name on my lease when they should have asked to renew it. Then the fine print says you still have to pay the rent after you move out or until they rent the apartment out which is the most dumbest thing ever. I will not be paying rent and I am not there or until the apartment is rented out. If I would have known all of this nonsense I would have never considered living here. Then having to pay extra for utility recovery charge when all I need to pay is lights why advertise that utilities are included when they make us pay extra and they wait until they feel like it to turn the heat on. I cannot wait to leave this place and find a place where I am appreciated as a resident.

I am relocating and searching for an apartment and after a bad start this morning with three properties my fourth call was to Trinity Towers. Normally, you can only speak to leasing agents, however they allowed me to speak to the property manager. Her name was Yvette Jones Petty And she very eloquently gave me all the information I needed and answered all of my concerns and questions. Speaking to this property manager was the highlight of my day. She was courteous, and thanked me for considering leasing at Trinity Towers. I will surely keep this apartment complex at the top of my list And thanks to her for making my morning Better.

Trinity Towers cleaned up the trash that I left on the elevator. Theodosia let me know that they cleaned it up
