Southgate Towers

I feel the leasing office manager has horrible customer service. You don't feel welcomed. The security is awful, no camera's outside by the garages. My car was broken into inside the garage because residents leave the garage doors open. I feel it were camera's it would possibly be a deterent for the burglars. The resident's do not care about where they live because you experience trash thrown outside and inside of the building. I feel they need a better management team to run the building. The Manager that they currently have on site is doing a disservice to the Owner's of the Building.

First off management is exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Once you sign your lease, they use every opportunity to dismiss decency because they have your money. Also the hallways and elevators are always dirty especially after hours and on weekends. Pickled trash smells and animal urine every way you turn. Also when repairs need to be done they allow contractors to come at 7 am with jackhammers and dont care about working people who have jobs.

Im excited about moving here the hallways were very clean and the unit was very spacious and gave me that warm homey feeling.

Southgate Towers is very attentive to your needs. The office is always willing to work with you. Any work order needed is taken care of quickly and effectively. The walls are moderately soundproof and there is a laundry room on every floor. Be careful on renting a studio however, as the same price is charged for those with a dishwasher and without.

Southgate Towers is a great place to live.

Southgate Towers is the perfect apartment complex because the shopping center is a walk outside your front door.

I have been living in the back building 5305 since march. I have had to call about a bunch of maintenance concerns/fixes. And as far as my experience, I can honestly say the staff and the receptionist is phenomenal. They get to my issues promptly, they are nice and professional. I sometimes feel like I live in a good hotel. No place is perfect but so far this is the best apartment Ive lived in. I wish i didnt have to pay so much but it is what it is. 😊

I live here and love it been here since November no problem if I do they b dead omit they have cameras and I feel safe

During the pandemic they are refusing to work with residents who have lost there jobs due to the virus.

I've had a number of problems here. The girls in the office to me play a little to much and dont really pay attention I called last week because I lost my keys. There was a sign posted in my building saying someone took them to the front office I called and they told me the keys wasn't there called again and they said the samething. I decided to call again today before getting another key made and they said it was up there. They have been there the whole time smh
