I love it nice building
There is a big problem with mice in my building. I have lived here 5 years and never seen a rodent or bug and all of a sudden mice can be heard in the walls and running through my apartment. My kids are scared to be at home. Management has been aware of the problem apparently but offer traps and to close holes BUT no exterminator as of yet. Prior to this there were only minor issues however this management company seems not to care and switches managers frequently. This is extremely unsanitary!
Terrible something is always not working. The hallways are nasty.Entry Doors broken. Smell horrible, dog crap everywhere. Management is very rude.
I lived at this building years ago and back then it was going downhill. I don't even know why I even considered moving back besides their extremely low prices and that's about it. These apartments needs to knocked down. The hallways are disgusting and smells like dirty mop water. The laundry room smells of foul sewer or something dead. I cant believe the people there show these apartments to potential future residents knowing they wouldn't live in this dump themselves. I was disgusted by what I saw during the walk through that even with their low prices I would rather pay top dollar somewhere else than to live in such a dump. You cant just live anywhere especially when you have kids. The party room was shut down and so should the whole apartment Complex. Don't waste your money! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A DOG.
Don't DO IT! They do don't take care of the property. The customer service sucks . They now have mice running around all over the place . The rent increases while the amities go down.
