DO NOT LIVE HERE. It will be the worst living experience of your entire life. The people who rent out this complex are con artists. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. The apartment we moved into HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED when we moved in. And when I say had not been cleaned, I mean it was absolutely disgusting. The shower was FILTHY, the window was BROKEN, the dishwasher and refrigerator had old crusted food in them, the former tenants hair was all over the apartment. It took me an entire week just to clean and disinfect the apartment, including 3 full hours to clean the bath tub alone. The office was informed about this and their response was nonchalant. They don't actually care about their tenants here or the living experience, all they care about is getting renters in. And why? Because no one actually stays here long BECAUSE IT IS A NIGHTMARE. Your neighbors will be students and the most obnoxious people you will ever meet. They blast music at all hours. There are no less than 6 people living in one unit (how is that even allowed?), and they sing, dance, talk loudly, stomp around, vacuum ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT and day. We have not been able to sleep through the night since moving in. God forbid you work from home like me, you will NEVER be able to get anything done. If you don't mind dog poop EVERYWHERE and stepping in it at least once a week, this is the place for you!!! If you don't mind that there are shopping carts ALL OVER the parking lot and literally INSIDE THE BUILDINGS in front of your doors and blocking the entrance, this is the place for you!!! If you don't mind that your neighbors always prop the main door open because they are too lazy to use a key which means there is ZERO SAFETY and also freezing cold air coming in all day and night, this is the place for you!!! If you are a student or desperate, live here. If you are anyone else, you have a normal job, and are respectful of others and you need a place to relax when you are home, RUN FAR AWAY.
