Extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating staff. I enjoy the 9 foot ceilings, large bathrooms, walk in closets, and open kitchen.

The apartment design is nice with many modern touches, though construction quality could be better.

Recently the community switched to a new water and trash billing service, and while my bills started out at a very low rate ($18/month), they have recently skyrocketed in the summer months to $105 one month and $72 this month. I am not sure why; all bills indicated actual, not estimated, meter readings, and my water usage hasn't changed.

Maintenance issues are usually resolved same day.

I have really enjoyed living at The Promenade! I am still living here in my 2nd year and will probably continue to live here. They throw really cool socials and take good care of the property and apartments. My (hardly ever) service requests get done the same day I request them, maintenance is great. The office staff is very nice too. I really don't have any complaints!

You get what you pay for with these apartments. Great amenities, quiet neighbors, no traffic, spacious living. I read some of the comments om this site from 2013 and I cant relate. They must have changed things around because the maintenance staff is top notch and super responsive. Would highly recommend if it's in your budget. Also, the traffic light at the end of the apartment now has a left green arrow which is a big improvement!

I have lived here for a few months now. My biggest issue is that the utility bill is $200 a month. I live in a 1 bedroom with a study and I am not home most of the time, so I dont understand why its so high. This will be my first and only year here. I will be moving when my lease is up back to a townhouse style. This place is too expensive for what you get. I can get a 2-3 bed townhouse in the same neighborhood with a garage for the same price as my one bed apartment. I also agree that the noise from the highway sucks most of the time. The fitness center is way small and outdated, I have seen hotel fitness centers that are better. I still give it 3 stars because the complex itself is rather quiet. I havent had any maintenance issues to quote on. I also feel safe with my very young child here.
