The Promenade At Beavercreek

Extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating staff. I enjoy the 9 foot ceilings, large bathrooms, walk in closets, and open kitchen.

The apartment design is nice with many modern touches, though construction quality could be better. Recently the community switched to a new water and trash billing service, and while my bills started out at a very low rate ($18/month), they have recently skyrocketed in the summer months to $105 one month and $72 this month. I am not sure why; all bills indicated actual, not estimated, meter readings, and my water usage hasn't changed. Maintenance issues are usually resolved same day.

I don't know yet I am veteran looking for a place that accept a HUD Vass voucher?

Brad the manager over at promenade threatened me after moving out to pay the entire carpet replacement bill only because I called and wanted my security deposit back. I stood up for myself because how bad this place treats tenants. Their reason was because I had a 6 inch piece of tape on the floor that they needed to ripe off?? The apartment was cleaner when I left than when I moved in. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Dropped to a one star for me. There are many reasons you shouldnt live here. The office is never open it when we need access to our packages somehow.

I was very sad to leave (job transfer). I enjoyed my 4 years of living at the Promenade. The whole staff was really great and I got my full deposit back. I will miss all the great people that I met while living there and the friendly community feel. I also was very happy with my apartment, it was spacious and reasonably priced for the area its located. Maintenance was great they did my work orders the same day I requested them. Really its a nice place.

I have really enjoyed living at The Promenade! I am still living here in my 2nd year and will probably continue to live here. They throw really cool socials and take good care of the property and apartments. My (hardly ever) service requests get done the same day I request them, maintenance is great. The office staff is very nice too. I really don't have any complaints!
