Friendly, safe, clean, great staff
I moved to Mallard Landing in August of last year and I was very surprised at the property. The community center is always the hot spot for a pick up game of tennis or to go running in the gym facility. The apartments are very clean and modern and there is plenty of space for dogs. I have enjoyed my time so far and I am always excited to see what community events the staff here plan!
It has been better than we could have imagined it being. Everything is well maintained and manicured outside, the managerial staff has been very kind and accommodating with any concerns or needs we have had. The maintenance crew are all very competent, friendly, and they do a great job. We have especially enjoyed the spacious yard areas which is so unlike most apartment and town house complexes. The play ground is fantastic and we really enjoy walking our grand daughters over to play in it.
Apart from some things that are not to my liking I would have to say that this really is a good place to live. It is very convenient to any type of shopping or dining that one could ask for and more. It is also a very safe place to live as I have not heard of any type of crime or disruption.
Everyone has been so friendly. The girls in the leasing office always wave and the maintenance men are always nice. The apartment complex feels more like a home than any apartment complex I have ever lived in.
