I am a resident of 10 years. Just recently I had an exchange of words with the assistant manager regarding a maintenance issue and because of his disrespectful, flippant attitude I requested to the office never to be put in a position to have to speak with him again. A few weeks later while I was walking my dog he came storming out the clubhouse doors rudely informing me to leash my dog, (who stays at my side and barks only when feeling threatened my the approach of someone). I had no problem complying, but understand my dog had been without his leash for 9 years during my stay and the staff often drove/walked by waved and/or even greeted my dog on many occasions, so I became somewhat comfortable with not leashing him. In all that time it was never, I repeat, never a problem. In all those years I had never received any verbal or written reprimand until that day. A few days later I was sent an email indicating I was in violation of my lease. A few days after that another email, (two weeks before Christmas), telling me they would not be renewing my lease at the end of March,( I had hoped to stay at least another 5 years until my retirement). In the 40 years I have been an apartment dweller never a problem, until now, and my dog is now always leashed. In my opinion, it was a deliberate act of vindictiveness and revenge on behalf of an individual who chose to abuse a little power he possessed. It's a shame I was not provided an ethical, and fair opportunity to address the situation to management, but when I sent three emails to try and initiate a discussion I never heard back. I won't go to the office for fear I will be subjected to this person again, given his unpredictability, so I will do as asked and leave my home.
We loved this place it is beautiful and the staff seems friendly but as soon as our lease is up we will be leaving. The loud obnoxious parties every weekend by the pool have done it in for us. Not worth it. We are left awake until all hours because immature adults want to scream and party well into the night every single weekend since the pool opened. Last night was the last straw with people up until 4 am being loud at the hot tub with no consideration to their neighbors. Woke up and saw they left their trash by the hot tub as well. We are going to move as soon as we can. It is such a disappointment but the constant noise every single weekend 100% killed our desire to renew our lease to this otherwise nice place. Ive never had this kind of noise problem at any other place Ive lived.

Horrible mismanagement and maintenance team. A month since the memorial day tornado damaged the air conditioning units be in L2, the management still haven't repaired the damage. This should have been a top priority!!!
They tried to make us think they were solving the problem by giving us temporary ac units that don't have the required voltage to cool these apartments. They could have fixed the damage immediately, but instead are waiting for an insurance claim to process. There is a such thing as claim reimbursement you know?
I'm not renewing my lease in July after living here for a few years, and I suggest no one else does either.
DONT MOVE HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME THE STAFF LIE ABOUT REQUEST THE MAINTENANCE HALF DO THEIR JOB IM OVER PAYING TO STAY IN THESE OVER PRICED APARTMENTS THEY MESS UP BUT WANT TO BLAME THE RESIDENCE .
Very nice, clean and well maintained apartments. Staff is exceptionally friendly and works to create a community of residents. Ive only had minor maintenance issues in my 3 years and they have been resolved quickly.
