I was one of the first residence to move in. Ashley the manager and David the maintenance man are awesome. Both of these fine people cater to the needs of us seniors, This is an excellent, friendly community. Please check Lakeview out. You will not be sorry you did so.

loved the layout and amenities. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I will contact again closer to move date time.

It's not disability access, takes forever to get repairs done,. You have to fight for parking space there is not ample parking. Sewer backs up frequently. I would not recommend this place to live. Residents have to take the trash out to the dumpsters.

I am widowed after 42 years, I need a more manageable place. This has it all plus more. The Manager is very pleasant and helpful. I love the salon and coffee shop idea. I am very hopeful I am able to get in. Waiting now

We loved them. Not quite enough space for all of our large furniture but, enough to feel comfortable. Loved the Manager. An Independent Senior facility worth checking out!

Me and my husband Larry, moved in a year and a half ago, we are so happy here, close to our grandkids ! We love everything that is included with our rent, such as electric, cable and wifi ! Also our building is so close to everything, such as grocery stores, lots of great food places and other shopping !

We move here from Pa. to be closer to family,we love that all the utilities are included in the rent also includes the cable and Wi-Fi , the complex is Secure you need a code to enter the front doors,Robyn was very helpful with filling out the paperwork and any questions we had, Dave the maintenance guy is awesome he responds the same day you need something.The area is quite and no shortage of stores or restaurants,in the summer I could walk to my doctors appointments,The place was brand new and clean,when we go on vacation in January we will be confident that the place will be safe.
