I recently moved into Fieldstone Apartments from out of town and it was like coming home again. The staff is FANTASTIC and so helpful. The apartments are very very nice and roomy. If you are looking for apartment, look no farther then Fieldstone.

The apartments are lovely and grounds are kept well. It is a shame that the staff here, particularly Stacey, is so terrible. Hateful and very rude. Quick to add on fees and very angry. Even more uncomfortable is that Stacey lives in the complex. Would not recommend if you are looking for a peaceful atmosphere.

I moved from out of state. Prior to arrival, I spoke to Stacy, who was wonderful in giving details about the area and my options. The place is beautiful and very clean and quiet.

I grew up I the area (Kettering) and recently moved back after many years of being away. I chose Fieldstone because of the location in a quiet Beavercreeek neighborhood close to schools, parks, shopping, and major roads. The apartments are spacious and modern. I also like the fact that the parking spaces are large and you dont feel crammed in. My neighbors seem to be young professionals , families, and retirees and many are responsible and friendly pet-owners which I love. Maintenance and office staff have been helpful and quick to respond to problems. They seem to genuinely care about the residents.
