DO NOT RENT HERE! RUN! Don't let the gorgeous leasing office fool u into signing a lease here! Been here 1 month saw roaches on the first day I moved in! Called and left messages no one answered or called back. Didn't stay here the full month because of work. Did my own extermination. Finally stayed my first night on Saturday and saw roaches crawling all over my freshly made rigatoni. Now the thought of eating in my apartment makes me sick to my stomach!!! The thought of eating rigatoni again makes me want to vomit. Called and left messages and emails again. With no returned call or reply!! I finally had to go in the leasing office to get someone to talk to me. I spoke to Vincent he stated that He would put me on the list to get exterminated. And the exterminator comes on Wednesday. I go in the office on Tuesday because Ofcourse no one answers the phone to talk to Amber the property manager to explain my roach problem to her. She asks if she can go to my apartment and see what's going as if I would still have the roaches I killed lying on my counters and floors!!! Then I tell her i have pictures which she basically refused to see. She then says this may be and "isolated" issue because no one has reported this problem. She gives me the option to switch units in another building. We go back to her office she looks up an available unit. She claimed there was only one. She has Vincent take me to go see the apartment. And get this THERE WERE ROACH TRAPS ALL OVER THIS APARTMENT!!!! Now why on earth would you show me another apartment with roach traps?!!! I was furious!!!I went back to the leasing office and confronted her! How are you saying you haven't received a single complaint when u have a unit with roach traps everywhere? She then says " those are not roach traps they were ant traps". THEY WERE THROUGHOUT THE BASEBOARDS OF THE APARTMENT!! Those were totally roach traps. Save yourself the time, headache, and money! Rent elsewhere!!

If I could give this place minus zero stars, I would. It all boils down to the WORST management ever. This new management company could care less about residents and are only worried about filling vacant apartments (wonder why there are so many? because people are leaving because of the property manager). She's rude, fights with residents all of the time, seriously lacks any people and customer service skills and actually just.plain.does.not.care. Nothing ever gets done. Even maintenance and cleaning crews leave because of her. Numerous residents are SO unhappy with this new management and the property manager. If you're looking for a place that values its residents, will get things done, rent increases that are fair, a manager who talks to you rather than down to you, then look elsewhere, because it's not here. Gold Oller, the parent company, is completely worthless too.

Terrible management, they do not clean buildings, trash is always backed up, odors and trash in hallways, terrible water pressure, cheap fixtures, and over priced.
