I just completed a tour with Crystal, and she was amazing. The apartment complex has all the amenities expected and more. Crystals professionalism and knowledge of the apartment complex was so refreshing. My husband and I have been looking for a new condo/ apartment for awhile now. Some of the leasing agents we have spoke with appeared disengaged and uninterested in helping us find our new home. Thank you Crystal you were awesome!
They never callback. They find every way to charge you ridiculous fees when you want to move out. Notified the complex in Dec. 2020 I was moving out so my official move out was by Feb 7th 2021. I was told that I would pay my normal rent for January (by Ashton in the office) and then about 300 for the first week in February. I also told them multiple times to remove the garage space charge for January and February. Jan 1&2nd I couldn't access the page to make a payment but I was able to submit the payment 3rd Jan. My balance then said 0.00. I go back to pick up the rest of my things on 23rd January and I see a paper posted to my door saying I owe 301.10 for January(with a print date of 21 January) I went online to check, and here they added additional rent, additional utilities, late fee for 100, late fee for 50, the parking space still charged, a $100 COVID-19 concession fee (like what?). The additional rent was timestamped with 1/1/21 but was not on my statement when I paid my rent in full on 1/3/2021. AND they never notified me by phone or email letting me know that I had outstanding charges AFTER I had paid my rent down to 0.00 on January 3rd. I have called multiple times and left messages, they refuse to return my calls, sometimes multiple calls to them in a day. They call unexpectedly when I am working and unavailable and the message they left was completely avoiding my messages I left for them. The sewage system is awful, the sink overflowed multiple times when I wasn't home, disgusting water residue on the floor, and I don't use the garbage disposal ever in my sink. They never ever attempted to notify me of any charges AFTER they saw that I paid my rent. They have my number and email and never formally notified me. They also covered their office doors/windows and locked it.
Maintenance did a great job in a timely manner. During the thanksgiving holiday.
DO NOT BE DECEIVED!!! The new management and staff are horrible, if you have lived here longer than a year you will notice the big difference. Cleanliness is a thing of the past, maintenance is out the window and they will not be bothered about residents safety. All they care about is money, rent cannot be delayed during pandemic but emergent maintenance work cannot be done due to pandemic. I can go on and on. Please do not make a mistake, find better apartments in Beachwood. I cannot wait to leave this place, looking forward to this. RUN!!!!!
DO NOT RENT HERE! RUN! Don't let the gorgeous leasing office fool u into signing a lease here! Been here 1 month saw roaches on the first day I moved in! Called and left messages no one answered or called back. Didn't stay here the full month because of work. Did my own extermination. Finally stayed my first night on Saturday and saw roaches crawling all over my freshly made rigatoni. Now the thought of eating in my apartment makes me sick to my stomach!!! The thought of eating rigatoni again makes me want to vomit. Called and left messages and emails again. With no returned call or reply!! I finally had to go in the leasing office to get someone to talk to me. I spoke to Vincent he stated that He would put me on the list to get exterminated. And the exterminator comes on Wednesday. I go in the office on Tuesday because Ofcourse no one answers the phone to talk to Amber the property manager to explain my roach problem to her. She asks if she can go to my apartment and see what's going as if I would still have the roaches I killed lying on my counters and floors!!! Then I tell her i have pictures which she basically refused to see. She then says this may be and "isolated" issue because no one has reported this problem. She gives me the option to switch units in another building. We go back to her office she looks up an available unit. She claimed there was only one. She has Vincent take me to go see the apartment. And get this THERE WERE ROACH TRAPS ALL OVER THIS APARTMENT!!!! Now why on earth would you show me another apartment with roach traps?!!! I was furious!!!I went back to the leasing office and confronted her! How are you saying you haven't received a single complaint when u have a unit with roach traps everywhere? She then says " those are not roach traps they were ant traps". THEY WERE THROUGHOUT THE BASEBOARDS OF THE APARTMENT!! Those were totally roach traps. Save yourself the time, headache, and money! Rent elsewhere!!
