Easthaven at The Village

EastHaven at the Village in Beachwood, OH is promoted and advertised as luxury and resort style living. Please do not believe the falsified information! Also please save yourself time, hassle and money by not moving here. Avoid this place at ALL cost, yes by ALL costs! This is no place for anyone to live as the leasing office representatives are terrible and so is management. They will lie to you, misinform you and provide you with false information. Many shady practices, as I dont understand how or why people are living here in such disgrace. Once you sign the lease the veil will lifted and literally you will see all of lies that were told you during the application, lease and once you move in the truths come crashing down. Again, please do not move here - its a total rip off! If youre about to sign a lease here please dont! Its more than what meets the eye and its all apart of their deceitful scheme to take your money and have you stuck in a lease. If you do sign a lease or if you recently signed one, know that you have 30 days to break the lease after moving in. If you try to give it a chance like I did, you will experience all that I have shared about their shady and deceitful practices. All they care about is taking you money each month and not addressing any issues that arise. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I've been at Easthaven two weeks now, and love it! I searched a long time to find the features I really wanted, and Easthaven has checked all the critical boxes, including the upgrades and the natural lighting that make living here a pleasure. I love walking the path around the Village, and, being a transplant from central Ohio, am excited to be so close to the metro parks, and my favorite groceries and shopping.

As a COVID-19 transplant from Washington, DC, I have found Easthaven to be a beautiful and convenient and welcoming site to call home. My 2BR/2BA apartment is very spacious and well laid out. It took me no time to set everything up and to feel right at home. The quick and pleasant response to a few move-in maintenance issues was helpful, as is the Business Center. The entire complex at The Village is a lovely, well care-for place to live!

Our move-in at Easthaven was as easy as it could be. Staff was helpful, and they understood and respected all my concerns due to Covid-19. Would definitely recommend this apartment community to a friend.

We will not help spread the word about Easthaven at the The Village. We would recommend that people look elsewhere in their new apartment search. It has been an ongoing stress filled experience living here.
