I like living here but there are issues. Ive been here going on 4 years. Breed restrictions..I have someone living behind me with 2 dogs on the restricted list. Subleasing happens and nothing is done about it. I have went to the office and excuses always given. Gary was a great property manager but retired and things arent the same. Rent goes up quite a bit every year. I have lived in other apartments and the rent increase was not as bad. Most of the maintenance guys do a good job. Pool is nice, although short staffed so many days its closed or not open during the hours its supposed to be open. I just deal with the issues. My building is quiet for the most part and most of the neighbors are friendly.

Please call the office with your concerns so we can investigate the possible lease violations occurring in your building. Thank you.


This facility will coax you into giving them $50 for the application fee. They will not tell you the wait list ahead of you and will not "repeat" tell you how long they give you a projected time frame will constantly change. The company is not worth the time and energy and they do not value you as an applicant. Think twice they will only call you when you fill out information after they emailed. Then you have to call and check the status of your application. I DO NOT RECOMMEND not a good business model. Time frames are projected on people moving out. Please note that I do not recommend and looking at legal action for the lies and promises. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
