(30 Ratings)I HAD A APPLIANCE BREAKDOWN. THE FIRST DAY DAVE AND KATHY CAME( MAINTENANCE) CAME , IMMEDIATELY FIXED THE PROBLEM.. THEN SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED AGAIN.. NEXT DAY WENT TO TALK TO LISA ( WHO IS AWESOM) IN TURN GOT ROB ( MAINTENANCE) INVOLVED. HE IMMEDIATELY CAME SHORT TIME AFTER, TRIED TO MITIGATE THE ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES THAT DAY. NEXT DAY , ROB CAME BACK TO LET ME KNOW THE ISSUE WITH THE APPLIANCE WOULD BE RESOLVED THAT DAY.. WITHIN COUPLE HOURS, I RECEIVED A NEW REPLACEMENT.
ROB AND CODY WHO DELIVERED THE NEW REPLACEMENT, HAVE TO HAVE HULK HOGAN MUSCLES . TO DELIVER THIS APPLIANCE UP THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS..
ROB AND CODY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING SETTING IT UP, LEVELING THIS APPLIANCE , VERY PROFESSIONAL ! I TOLD THEM I WOULD ASK FOR THEM TO GET A BIG RAISE..
THANK YOU ROB AND CODY FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID TO HELP ME, AS WELL AS BRIAN.
MAINTENANCE IS TOP- NOTCHED HERE AT EASTGATE WOODS APTS!

I would invest my money elsewhere, they don't fix things that break and breaking happens constantly. The apartments are small and it's too expensive for what you get.
It also can't be ignored that they failed to communicate anything going on with the construction making everyone's day a nightmare. The road closures, the CONSTANT noise.
It's now impossible to find a parking spot due to their lack of consideration in this matter.
