The office staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful!

I lived in this complex 11 years ago, and my experience in that moneto was incredible and very pleasant.
For this reason, return to rent again in this apartment complex.
The person who received me did not give me good Obsessions and nothing nice and without a single smile.

I informed her that I preferred an apartment in the courtyard, she always denied me the possibility of acquiring one, since everything
I was completely busy, on the other hand I told her not to smell of cigarettes, I have never smoked and that smell bothers me.
Today I have smoking neighbors who go out to smoke on the stairs or in front of their doors and throw cigarette butts in the corridor or on the stairs, this situation is very unpleasant, I thought you were trying to find or place the new residents according to your preferences.

We're sorry that you feel this way about our community, however, we do not have a courtyard. We wouldn't deny an applicant based on their location preference - however, you may have misunderstood that we may just may have not have had availability in the area you were seeking. Lastly, each resident has the right to smoke in their home - however, we do offer smoke-free buildings. We would like to discuss this matter further with you. Can you call our office and ask to speak with Heather?

I absolutely loved the office staff and the property. They are very helpful and willing to help. Maintenance was fast and friendly. Zero complaints!

I do not smoke. Now if you were to visit my apartment you would think otherwise. There is so much cigarette smoke getting into my apartment, it is causing me to use my rescue inhaler daily. All my clothes smell like cigarettes. I do not recommend living here unless you like breathing in second hand smoke.
