Aqua Marine Resort Style Living

I love living here and my family and friends love to come visit. The staff is top notch, they get to know you and treat you like family. Its very friendly and comfortable here, and I feel safe, which is always important..especially when my son forgets to close the garage door at night!!!!

The staff is polite and very helpful. Any issues have been resolved in a timely manner.

Spoke with General Manager, who was very cordial, patient and informative. He gave me a tour of property and available apartment, which were clean, well managed and the apartment had nice finishes and many storage extras.

We love living in our Aqua Marine Community. From our first meeting with Lori, we knew that The Aqua Marine Staff would take care of us and they certainly have gone beyond our expectations. The staff provides us with Club House get togethers for holidays, and our maintenance crew is amicable, quick and thorough.

My husband and I have lived here going on our second year. We have zero complaints, Everything is always fixed if something comes up and the staff are very helpful if anything was to come about.

After 14-years, I am moving from the Aqua Marine to senior housing because of health concerns. Anyway, I lived in a 3-bedrom, 2-car garage townhouse for 7-years, after which, I moved into a 2-bedroom unit in the 3-story buildings. Both experiences were great. Maintenance was readily available to assist and the office staff was good at meeting my requests. The grounds are well-maintained and extremely quiet.

I rented a 1bed/1bath with loft townhouse here for 2 years. It was the absolute best place to live. Convenient, clean, well maintained, excellent staff. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The pool is wonderful, great neighbors. I wish I didn’t have to move! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice place to live.

My 2 daughters and I rented for 2 years at Aqua Marine. I moved there because I suffered a stroke and stairs were difficult for me. I stayed in the apartment condos. They were super nice and affordable!! Everyone in the office was extremely nice and helpful every time I called or stopped in! I dealt with Lori and Dave the most. I made friends with people on my floor and everyone looks out for everyone else! The maintenance crew always came within a day if I needed them! The pool is wonderful in the summer- I became friends with many. I recommend Aqua Marine!

Lovely condominium to live.

This is great place to live. Housing is up to date and well maintained. The club house and pool are an added beneft. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will be renewing my second year lease soon.
