First and foremost, the office and maintenance staff are wonderful professionals who work under enormous pressure with few resources. My comments are in no way a reflection on them. The week of my departure the manager left (and she was amazing) and a new manager was assigned and ruined almost two-years of good will. The day before I moved I pulled the truck in and at some point, must have hit the corner of the gutter system on my garage. I didnt realize it until the new manager called me on the phone, let me know there were multiple witnesses and she had pictures. I apologized and stated I would contact my Renters Insurance Company and immediately took my own pictures for them. Having worked on homes before I looked them up at Home Depot$36.12 total. Within the hour the new manager had a man start work on the gutter, but instead of fixing the corner he replaced the entire front of over 40! I was then told that I had to pay $350.00 for the repair and yet I had not contacted my Insurance Company. It took this man 2.5 hours to make the repair meaning he earned $125.58 per hour. He was there to fix all the problems left behind by the crew that replaced all the roofs and gutter systems in the complex. They did a truly poor job, but it was no surprise as Fairfield Residential is one of those companies that does everything on the Cheap. My contract with Barrington was processed again in 2017 when I received notification via email. I did not realize at the time that it would extend my contract out further than I anticipatedmy bad. I spoke with the office manager at the time and a member of the staff and we agreed that I could terminate in mid-April. Alas, the new manager decided I would have to fulfill the contract and sent me a bill for $688.00. In the end, I want to thank those who worked in the office and on maintenance, againyou are the best. Fairfield and the new manager however, could use a few lessons in customer service and professionalism.

The take forever to come and fix the smallest issues and the manager has no compassion for nothing that doesnt concern her.The townhomes are very old and needs a lot of remodeling.Dont let the new appliances fool you it isnt worth it.

I love these condos they are so beautiful and very nice and clean and well taken care of my next step is to move into one of these condos I would recommend these condos to anyone.

Best apartment I've ever lived in. They are quick with repairs and very helpful with everything. Totally worth the money!
