What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Ashland

I like that it's pretty safe to live in this neighborhood. I also like that there are many businesses

I like that most of the stores and restaurants are small businesses and family-owned. I also like that it is a somewhat small community, so most people know who you are and are friendly.

Absolutely love the quietness of the street I live on. Love that everyone knows each other. Overall it's just a great place to live.

We have friendly neighbors. We have all the popular fast food chains and several locally owned independent restaurants.. our schools are very good and the community supports the sports and arts programs. We have a college in our city. We are accessible to larger cities with our proximity to an interstate highway

They have a ton of old beautiful houses. There are a lot of parks. Most people you met are nice. There is a ton of places to eat around you that are all a little different from each other.

It's quiet. I feel safe enough to leave my house unlocked during the day. I know my neighbors by name.
