Too far from my mom, who is very sick and weighs 84 pounds.

This place is way over priced for as old as it is, they did some cosmetic work outside now act like this is luxury living, it is not. They raise the rent one hundred dollars every year, they charge you extra for every little thing they can get away with even if the service is supposed to be covered by your rent. There are no amenities whatsoever, you pay for everything, even garbage pick up, the washer and dryer keeps increasing, and you have no rights whatsoever, they love to post threatening letters on doors, make sure you never forget this is a rental and you are at their mercy, one of the maintenance men is truly creepy, sits in his truck and stares at buildings, unfriendly, spies on residents, this is not the place to live if you want to live a decent existence at all......look elsewhere
