This is an attractive, quiet place to live with good sized apartments and decent maintenance. Megan the on site manager is very helpful and doesnt leave you hanging. Cant beat the location for convenience. I have had nothing short of a great experience since moving in Jan, 2018.
Once the new management team took over the place went down hill, this is a beautiful neighborhood and the tenants are very respectful and pleasant to live with, there was an amazing mixed of tenants culturally and range of age from millennial to retirees; well as of 2016 anyway. The new office staff were unprofessional and rude, my mother as many other tenants was elderly, but mobile and when their pipes burst and damaged her items in the storage they didnt even have the decency to clean up the water or reimburse her anything, she had renters insurance, but just the way she was handled was unacceptable. She lost a lot of invaluable things stored in there after selling her home to downsize Their general nature when speaking to you prior to that is a drastic change from the old staff. Its really a shame, so many ppl moved shortly after.
