Over all maintenance is excellent. Management is awesome in solving our problems.
Cannot speak for other suites however ours was in poor condition upon move in day even after staff said they would make the needed renovations that were requested. After living here three years I can really say I'm glad to move out giving the lack of attention from the staff. Carpet was a mess upon moving in to the point where they turn white socks black in a matter of one day walking around inside. Other issues such as drywall and kitchen flooring we're also never repaired and quite frankly the rent is way too expensive for the inadequate living conditions. Left the apartment just as we moved in if not better. And still nickel and dimed us for damage that was there upon move in. Unbelievable. Only thing good about this place is the garage spot and proximity to campus.
you should improve the gym.
Very expensive for how out dated the facility is. Water is shut off for a whole day atleast 2 times a month. Almost the same price as the brand new apartment buildings (University Edge) just built on campus.
It has been a lot of improvement however the price keep increasing. It is very expensive.
