    I have a seven-year-old cat which I promised my mother I would take care of after she passed on. There is my husband and myself and we have a 14 1/2 year-old great-nephew that we are raising. We both are on Social Security considered low income

    Office staff unprofessional, we were showed a 3 bedroom that had not been cleaned out. Garbage was on the floor and the floor was flooded. There were pictures still on the wall of the last family who lived there. When leaving the apartment the women walked ahead and rushed into the office, she had other people waiting to see an apartment and never finished our tour or answered questions just walked away. Extremely unprofessional staff and low quality apartments.

    The apartments were listed available, but when I got to my appointment, they said I had to be put on a waiting list. Now I also called about the ones on Cumberland and was told it isn't true about the waiting list. I didn't even get to see the apartment. Then I was asked to bring in the past 3 months of pay stubs, and then they said they didn't need that many. ???
