Cascade Falls

I applied and was approved in July for a 3-bedroom apartment that was advertised as being ready on August 7th. I paid the $100.00 hold fee required to keep the unit. I was then informed the unit would not be available until August 12th. I adjusted my moving plans. I was then notified on AUGUST 11th the apartment was FLEE INFESTED. Needless to say I could not move in on my date that I had a moving truck scheduled, school registration appointments scheduled, utilities scheduled. They tried to offer me a different apartment that would be available on the 17th. That did not work for me or our AGREEMENT. They will not refund any money because they are now saying they tried to offer me something else. NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS LUXURY! It was a horrible experience and I am thankful now that we did not move in!!!!

I have contacted the office NUMEROUS times a d no one has got back to me! It is very frustrating and awful customer service for a potential resident.

Half way through my lease and Im ready to break it. I pay real rent and was told there was not any low income people here on section 8 (nothing against them but dont lie), I dont see paying over 1000 and the neighbors arent paying anything. The grounds are always a mess, kids constantly play in the parking lots. The teens hang out in the stairwells. Its little things that bothers me about it. I wish I had more info before I moved in. It sucks that it costs so much to break the lease. Honestly my unit is nice but the office is not attentive to the residents needs and have forthcoming communication with future residents. I moved here for the school district.

I reached out to get some information via email and phone and its 4 days later and I have yet to get a response.. For a potential resident makes me think if I actually lived there If I ever needed anything it wouldnt get done or addressed

I've lived here for two years now, love my apartment. The manager is great I saw her planting flowers herself personally. This has to be way out of her scope of work, but it goes to show that she cares about the community. Nice to have someone who cares.

Section 8 housing (learned this on my own after putting a down payment). Horrible communication, they put the phone off the hook all day because "we had a busy day" no response from emails -when I went to visit since they wouldn't answer, they had over 200 unread emails. Very nice looking but very small rooms. No opinion on neighbors, however someone poured cat-nip all over the hall way, so this was odd. Looks like a decent place if you can't afford better, however don't expect the greatest place to live.
