What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Akron

Having a lake close by to walk around. Having thrift stores close as I enjoy them especially the Outlet as you never know what you're going to find.

Very culturally/racially mixed. If you are willing to pay the higher prices, you don't really have to leave the neighborhood, except for fresh produce at a store a little bit further away.

It is near to bus stops, shopping, banks, and schools. The neighbors are pretty friendly. It's not too far from the downtown area.

evryone takes pride in maintaining their properties and have beautiful yards and gardens. the local library, coffee shop and small local stores are within the parks walking area.

I love the convenience. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. I love the community center and activities, especially book club and summer concerts.

Nothing is unique in my neighborhood. Everyone is doing drugs and everyone is trah. And I hate to walk out and see the neighbors are trash.
