University Commons is located in Williston, North Dakota with 3rd Avenue to the west, 32nd Street to the north and University Avenue to the east. It is located just east of Sloulin Field International Airport and Highway 2 and Highway 85, the primary vehicular access routes to Williston from points north such as Tioga and Minot, from points south such as Watford City and Dickinson, and from points west such as Montana. Unit entryway's provide immediate access to either a mud room, equipped with a clothes washer and dryer, or a bathroom, depending on the unit floor plan. This feature will be an above standard finish for the competitive set and is expected to make the units attractive to the marketplace.Electric base-board heating will be provided at the building entrance areas and stairwells. The HVAC system will include electric baseboard heat and through-wall air conditioning units in the living room and each bedroom. Each unit will have its own electric water heater.

This place is nice but lots of problems and my place was not ready when moving in. The hallways smell like garbage so itï¿½ï¿½ s not a very clean place which makes me sad that i moved in.

From the beginning, the staff was more than helpful to assist with the leasing process. Everything was prepared and clean when I moved in. The community seems great so far. A lot of friendly tenants, and no noise complaints whatsoever.
I work for Halliburton and it is very close and easy to get to anytime of the day?! I chose a studio apt for ease of keeping it up and only needing very little furniture and it's only me that's there and I love the studio life so far?! And it is very well maintained and a nice complex that I don't mind telling people where I live and having them over?!
