Terrible place to live. No one keeps their dog on leash even though its required, no one picks up their dog poop either. They prioritize certain residents over others. No one knows what theyre doing. A toddler would run the establishment better in my honest opinion. Dont waste your time or money!

Living at North Gate has been by far the best complex living experience that I've had in my whole life. The office and maintenance staff always go above and beyond what I had come to know as normal.

North Gate is great! I love my apartment and the ladies in the office. My neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Being my first apartment, I have to say that North Gate set the bar pretty high. The apartments are great, fairly new, and the overall feel is crisp and clean. The staff is amazing, and I love that I'm always greeted with a smile and by name.. They know everyone's name! It's awesome!
