Neighbor's dog barks CONSTANTLY and is easily heard through the walls, as is every other noise that occurs in the hallway. They were horrible about communicating what paperwork we needed to provide when we were first trying to rent here. If someone parks in your reserved spot they will do nothing to help you. Have fun parking on the street when people inevitability steal your spot.

Management is basically slum lords hiding behind a church. Trash laying everywhere, People in the elevator with a 13 tattooed on their neck, asking me if I like to party. nobody gets a deposit back, it is all taken up by cleaning fines nohow how hard a person scrubs Williston has gotten its first ghetto in the last 6 months

I tried to apply for apartments with my boyfriend..and had horrible experience...I'm 8 months pregnant woman..I asked Linley who showed us apartment twice will I be qualified with no income if I'm pregnant..she told me that on application you can put zero or dont put anything but after I submit 30$ application they denied it due no income..Another words she wanted me waste my 1hour time and 30$ just to be declined..and if I knew that I will be declined in the first place me and my boyfriend could spend more time searching for another apartments..that is not fair at all..
