Everything was excellent. I moved from Texas and all the management staff was super helpful and friendly. I was able to arrive and move in that same day. We had a few repairs needed to the apartment the first day but it was resolved quickly and also super friendly which is something I really liked. I feel in love with the apartment and it's a major bonus that everything went smoothly and the staff is efficient and friendly.

Goldmark has been absolutely amazing to work with. They gave me a chance to lease a beautiful apt from them when not too many others would. They have a fabulous new, open-minded approach with allowing people with not such a perfect past to appeal and advocate for themselves that is literally going to save my child's upbringing from being poor. He doesn't deserve to suffer for the mistakes of my past, and since I am changing my life, Goldmark has recognized that, and is rewarding me for the behaviors and choices I have made in the last five years, rather than shunning me for the life I had before that time. Wolf creek is a great and affordable place to live. Really love and appreciate my attached garage during the winter and the apartments are very spacious. Still hoping for a security system (CAMERAS) for a safer community.
