As I always say prairie park is a beautiful place to live. Its pet friendly and clean well taken care of.

Application process was fast and easy , Samantha was a great friendly person she helped us get all the paperwork done and in the same day as viewing and gave us a month and a half off on rent paid 300$ for deposit and moved in

The office at Parkwest Gardens is not the most friendly or welcoming. You will walk into the office and not be greeted by a single person, and the manager will stand there and stare at you without a simple "Hello" or "How are you?". When providing the office with pest complaints, they did not handle it promptly or show any empathy. The pest issue was not due to us; a resident should not have to complain about pest issues more than once for them to actually take care of it.

Overall, it makes me sad that the office staff is not friendly or welcoming by any means.

It also takes them days to plow the parking lot, which resulted in a day of work lost. There is also a very limited amount of parking spots. For a 3 bedroom apartment, you are given only one parking spot.
