Im on my second month of my second lease.
I had a leak in my ceiling of my bedroom for the first four months and could only use half of my bedroom now the leak is fixed but I have a big hole still in my ceiling and Im on Month eight in my apartment.
I also asked for a screen door when I moved in they did get that two weeks ago and my wife made sure to thank them.
I have foam and boards under my couch cushions to make it bearable to sit on my wife contacted them and they said they were going to get me a new couch but when they came out after I reviewed them on Google, The landlord texted her and said my couch was better than the one they were giving me and better than most. If my couch is better than most I dont know how people are living here once again as I said in Google worst property manager ever!!!
I made sure I said hi to her today she didnt even comment back I understand she probably upset about my review my god what am I paying for I guess Ill do like everybody else that Ive been associated with here and move out!!!!
Worst property manager ever if youre smart youll stay away!!!!
I tried to upload the picture of the hole in my ceiling Im not sure if they watch me from there or what and I also tried to upload the text but Im not able to.
The buildings are falling apart, literally they have to come in and inspect them because the walls are cracking. The management is horrible. I called management to get someone towed who was parked in front of my garage, they told me to call the tow company when the tow company refused I called management and guess what? No one answered. Ive been snowed in, for a few days literally several residents (including myself) dug a 1 lane path through the snow to get out. And ive been accused of smoking in my apartment. Which is ironic because I don't smoke.
Ive talked to other people and they've reported like experiences. It's an alright place but the managment is subpar. I have no complaints against me, im quiet I pay my bill, I don't call management I fix my own stuff but for some reason they don't like me.
I would suggest finding other housing in Watford move here if there's no other options
We have lived at Brookledge for a little over a year. The apartments are comfortable, open, and spacious. There is plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and bathrooms and the appliances are good and work well. Maintenance requests have been dealt with promptly, and the grounds and landscaping are well-kept. I have lived in three different apartment buildings/complexes in North Dakota and two in Texas and have found apartment living requires cooperation because it brings together a wide variety of people into a relatively small area. If you treat your neighbors and your landlord with consideration, the favor almost always will be returned. Brookledge is no different we have had no issues with our neighbors or with the management. Our only complaint is that there is not quite enough parking; but that could be helped if people would park in their garages again, cooperation helps!
Management is horrible and tries to charge fees not part of lease , they will harass you and do whatever they can to get you out if you dont so what they want .
The apartments are nice, the property manager girls are awe full and extremely unorganized and rude. I live in a different state, scheduled an appointment to see an apartment, drove all the way and no one way there or would answer and when they finally did told me they werent coming back and asked if I could come back in a couple days. I eventually was back looking at other places and got in to see one and asked to see a couple other ones and the girl said no Ill talk you out of the others theyre too small. And never showed me them, I likes the one I saw so scheduled a sign lease day and move in day, called a head of time from my appointment to make sure they were there and she said were leaving in 20 minutes (2:30) (close at 5) and asked if I could come in next week I said not exactly I live out of state ( they know I do, Ive told them more than once) and she asked if I could come get the lease and take it home. As if she couldnt be an dumber. I told her again I live out of state and she just says okay can you come back next week. NO Ive had enough with you guys. Not even worth calling them.
