What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Minot

It's a quiet neighborhood not with a lot of traffic usually. There are yards for kids to play and it's kind of enclosed by a hill.

Close to stores. Decent yard area. Street is not crazy busy. Like to go to the park about 5 minutes away from my apartment or I like to go bowling also which is just right up the street.

Feeling safe. Great outdoor yards. Clean neighborhood. Feeling safe. Great outdoor yards. Clean neighborhood.

I like that you can walk to the grocery store if you want. Also, there is plenty of bars and restaurants pretty close.
