every time I have a problem it takes for for ever to get fixed. the sales manager is nothing but rude and uncooperative. they don't try and work with the tenants they just send them bill. now they are trying to take DNA tests on all the dogs in the building when by law they have no right to. would never recommend living here. the only reason there rating was high is because people who work for them give reviews. only person I have ever found in the company that is a reasonable and nice person is Denise.

I loved this apartment when I first moved in. Then the managers conducted themselves in a very unprofessional manner. First off, there are many residents that have animals that are not allowed there. Next, the outside of the place looked really trashy. They would never take care of the bushes in front of the entry ways, so residents had to walk around them. Also, when I scheduled my check out for leaving, the manager called and said they had "over-booked" one hour prior to checkout. Talk about how unprofessional that is. She then wrote a list of things I needed to fix in order to get my full deposit back, which I did. Including replacing the light bulb in the bedroom. I did not screw it in, because I had nothing left to stand on. And they had the audacity to charge me for ANOTHER light bulb that I already paid for. They gave me no justification as to why I did not get my full $650 deposit back, and took $150 for cleaning fees. I don't ever recommend renting this apartment.
