This is the first time renting after being recently divorced and so for my experience at the Lakewood Apt was been fantastic. I would recommend this building and the management to anyone that I know. Very clean and spacious! Great location between Mandan and Bismarck. I can't wait for the summertime because the water park is one block away and so much more. I plan on being here for awhile. Thanks for having me.

I have been a resident for about three years. I really didn't appreciate my apartment as much as I should have until recently when I toured other places. The things that I love the most is the storage, underground parking, elevator and location. The reason I toured others is because I would like to have central A/C and a common area room where others could congregate for a visit or a game nite. Because of my age, having a place to come together in the evenings to play cards and to have a larger group for Birthday parties would be an asset. However, I did find out that it would be a trade-off, losing some of what I already have wasn't worth it. I truly like my apartment and the management.

I would recommend this team of IMM property managers to anyone and everyone! Our maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner, our grass is always cut, our snow is removed in a reasonable amount of time, our hallways are always clean and management is always communicating on different things happening in and out of the building. By far the best place Ive lived in the area!

My wife is a travel nurse and we were looking for a furnished apartment. Lakewood were very accommodating fully furnished everything we could possibly need!! Melanie and Ashley Were super helpful they got us into the apartment very quickly The application process went so smoothly unlike other apartments weve rented. They made us feel right at home !! I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone!!!!
