The actual building is very nice and the management is extremely nice & helpful BEFORE you move in. Once youre living there they dont care. The rules are ridiculous and seem to apply to some tenants and not others. Ive lived in many apartment buildings in 2 different states and I have never been treated so poorly. I dont have much company and Im a really quite person. Denise was the only nice one there that cared. Chantel is the WORST! She can barely pull off being fake nice!

Quiet, hotel feeling. They have strict rules but they are not followed up on. Dog droppings everywhere and never cleaned up. You are not able to walk around the yard without stepping In it. Management is awful, they say one thing and do the opposite. Do not sign a year lease, youll want out before.

It''??s a quiet, safe building in a nice location. The management company has been friendly, and easy to work with. The apartments are well-constructed and include stylish finishes.

It's a really nice building with a hotel feel. The hallways and stairs are wide, making moving in easier. The finishings were very nice and the place was easy to make my own.

Pros: Nice new building Quite neighborhood Allows large dogs Cons: Expensive Strict rules This is the only apartment that allows you to have large dogs, which is why most of the residents have large dogs and why rent is so expensive.
