Helpful and courteous is the best way to explain the management and leasing team here at Goldmark and in particular at Sterling Pointe. They helped me find the perfect apartment for my budget and needs. Beautiful buildings, both clean grounds and secure entries. The apartment itself is lovely with it clean stainless steal appliances and the beautiful hard wood floors. The layout of the apartment itself is efficient. My two bedroom two bath has French doors large mirrors in the bathrooms and soft carpeting in my bedrooms. Overall I love living and hope to stay with Goldmark and Sterling Pointe.
Excellent apartment with great living space
Sterling Pointe is a friendly, lovely and safe community to live in. From the cooperative staff at the leasing office to the friendly neighborhood around you. It is longest period I have ever been with as resident in this great community.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
