Front desk staff are helpful and nice, maintenance staff are quick to fix issues
Always repaired anything that needed fixing in a timely matter. Management was kind and able to answer questions. Every once in a while the dryers would overheat with extended use but would be fixed soon and they would start the load for you if it ate your quarters. Last spring one of the steps to get into the building started to crack and they tore it down and build a whole new stairway to get into the building safely. Allows large dog breeds and added a dog park!
Rent is cheaper than most; but you get what you pay for. Great place to start out at, but be ready for things to fall apart and to not be in the cleanest facility. Laundry facility likes to have at least one machine be out of order . Pool is great- when it is open and kept up.
I have lived there for ten years. Steps are crumbling, the pool is to cold to swim in, my bathroom floor by the bathtub is curling away from the tub. I have mildew growing on my bathroom ceiling. People's decks are starting to sag and look like they are going to fall.
The apartments are outdated and need renovations. Appliances are old. Overpriced. Garage stalls are not included with the apartments, and reserved parking is not enforced. My downstairs neighbor smokes, and during the cold winter months she smokes inside. It makes my apartment smell. I've complained a lot over the last 3 yrs and it has not been taken care of. I am literally only living here because it is temporary for school and cannot wait to leave.
